We will have a blast as we yarn bomb around Boom Town Makers Market & downtown Fort Payne. The new logo and tag line for Fort Payne-Main Street Alabama is “Tightly Woven, Perfect Fit” — we want to tie in the heritage of Fort Payne with color, texture and fun.

Yarn bombing is a type of graffiti or street art that employs colorful displays of knitted or crocheted yarn rather than paint or chalk.

What You’ll Need:
Step ladder, if you have one.
Scissors
Crochet book
Knitting needles and/or tapestry needles
*We will provide the yarn

We are currently accepting yarn donations for this project. Feel free to drop off any donations at Boom Town Makers Market during operation hours.
