Theft of Property – Occurred at 1111 Grand Ave NW, a 2007 Dodge Ram pickup, a Wagner paint sprayer, a Motorola cellphone and an OHM meter were taken, valued at $10340.00

Damaged Property – Occurred at 101 Cracker Barrel Row SW, two Transfer Truck boots were damaged, valued at $600.00

Jamie Scott Craton, age 38 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Synthetic Narcotics, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 5:29 pm

Shannon Nicole Morgan, age 30 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Failure to Appear at 7:03 pm
