An accident occurred at I-59 mm 217, Cody Blake White, age 21 of Fort Payne, driving a 2012 Toyota Camry left his lane of travel and hit a guard rail, then struck the other guard rail and left the roadway. White was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
