Damaged Property – Occurred at 100 Gault Ave N, a Firestone 22” tire and a Cadillac 22” tire were damaged, valued at $600.00

Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, several miscellaneous items were taken, valued at $90.16

Vernon Earl Cottrell, age 28 of Albertville, was arrested on Two Warrants for Failure to Appear at 12:31 pm

Cheryl Dianne Tomlin, age 61 of Ringgold, GA, was arrested for Theft of Property at 10:30 pm

 

7 Accidents with 3 Injuries

An accident occurred at Wallace Ave NE and DeSoto Pkwy NE, Terence Teric McCain, age 24 of Newnan, GA, driving a 2016 Dodge Dart, struck Randall Kent Courtney, age 65 of Breman, GA, driving a 2004 Ford 350. Courtney was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.

An accident occurred at Wallace Ave NE and DeSoto Pkwy NE, a sixteen year old juvenile male of Fort Payne, driving a 2008 Nissan Altima, struck Jane F Dickinson, age 74 of Fort Payne, driving a 2006 Chevrolet Silverado. Dickinson was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.

An accident occurred at Gault Ave N and 8^th Street N, Michael Shane Griffin, age 46 of Fort Payne, driving a 2003 Pontiac, struck Martha Francisco Matias, age 34 of Fort Payne, driving a 2012 Ford Focus. A five year old juvenile male in the Ford Focus was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
