A 16 year old juvenile male of Fort Payne was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 1:00 pm

Justin Lamar Lisk, age 31 of Fyffe, was arrested on a Warrant for Failure to Appear for Driving without a License at 2:10 pm

Charles Anthony Sims, age 48 of Chattanooga, was arrested for DUI at 2:11 pm
