5 Arrests

Tremel Dwayne Evans, age 32 of Moody, was arrested for Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Reckless Endangerment of a Child, and DUI at 1:01 am

Rafael Cerrillo Perez, age 24 of Fort Payne, was arrested on Four Warrants for Furnishing Alcohol to Minors at 8:43 am

Susan Michelle Rakestraw, age 41 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Theft of Property at 2:09 pm

David Ladelle Scales, age 38 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 9:39 pm

Zachary Wolfgang Snapp, age 40 of Fort Payne, was arrested on Two Warrants for Failure to Appear and a Warrant for Outside Agency at 9:48 pm

 

3 Accidents with 3 Injuries

An accident occurred at Interstate 59 and Glenn Blvd SW, Tremel Dwayne Evans, age 32 of Moody, driving a 2008 Ford Focus, struck Landry Stephen Bowen, driving a 2016 Ford Explorer. A 2 year old juvenile male in the Ford Focus was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.

An accident occurred at Dogtown Road SE and Jennings Road SE, Robert Wayne Tindle, age 81 of Fort Payne, driving a 2003 Ford F150, struck George M Eberhart, age 65 of Fort Payne, driving a 2000 Dodge Neon.  Tindle was transported to Dekalb Regional and Eberhart was transported to Erlanger Hospital, both by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
