Fraudulent Use of a Credit/Debit Card – Occurred at 511 37^th Street NE, charges of $451.84 were made without authorization

Lost Property – Occurred at 1800 Louise Ave, an iPad Pro was lost, valued at $1500.00

Damaged Property – Occurred at 1314 Godfrey Ave SE, a windshield and quarter panel on 2010 Dodge Charger were damaged, valued at $750.00

Damaged Property – Occurred at 2407 Gault Ave N, a bumper on a 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe was damaged, valued at $100.00

Forgery – Occurred at 2407 Gault Ave N, a check in the amount of $2600.00 was forged

Horace Lamar Whittaker, age 44 of Gadsden, was arrested on a Warrant at 2:49 pm

Allen Cleve Glass Jr, age 30 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant at 4:25 pm

Lawrence Jeremy Bewley, age 46 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Resisting Arrest and a Warrant for Outside Agency at 11:38 pm
