Heather Nicole Rosser, age 31 of Leesburg, was arrested on Three Warrants for Outside Agency at 1:45 am

Benjamin Edward Toler, age 32 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Domestic Violence at 11:44 am

 

3 Accidents with 1 Injury

An accident occurred at 1^st Street and Mountain Road SE, Kimberly Ann White, age 61 of Valley Head, driving a 2017 Toyota Highlander, struck Carolyn Flarity Moore, age 63 of Fort Payne, driving a 2013 GMC Terrain. Clifford Dale Moore, age 74 of Fort Payne, passenger in the GMC was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
