Burglary – Occurred at 2400 Alabama Ave NW, quilts, baseball cards, Garmin GPS, a tote with dishes and a crystal lamp were taken, valued at $16229.99

Theft of Property – Occurred at 1164 Dogtown Road SE, an Xbox console was taken, valued at $350.00

Marion Earl Hunter, age 51 of Fort Payne, was arrested on Three Warrants for Failure to Appear at 4:20 am

A 15 year old juvenile male of Fort Payne was arrested on a Juvenile Pick-Up Order at 9:30 am

Debra Ailine Rowell, age 53 of Section, was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Prescription Drugs at 7:00 pm

Tina Wells Thackston, age 53 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and a Warrant for Outside Agency at 9:26 pm

 

4 Accidents with 1 Injury

An accident occurred at Adamsburg Road E and Mountain Road SE, Kimberly Porte Tidwell, age 55 of Fort Payne, driving a 2002 Ford F150 struck Deborah Ann Davis, age 59 of Fort Payne, driving a 2014 Ford Focus. Tidwell was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
