Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, JBL speakers and a package of Huggies diapers were taken, valued at $173.27

Gail Calder West, age 59 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Theft of Property at 9:45 am

A 16 year old male juvenile of Fort Payne was arrested for Public Intoxication, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 10:00 am

Sunny Richard Brown, age 30 of Albertville, was arrested for Theft of Property at 7:03 pm

Jonathan Lee Noland, age 26 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 10:54 pm

Craig Jerome Maddox, age 18 of Collinsville, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 11:21 pm
