Fort Payne Parks and Recreation and the City of Fort Payne opens the Christmas season with the 34^th annual Christmas in the Park on December 7^th from 4pm to 7pm. Downtown merchants will be open for Shop & Stroll.  The event concludes with a free movie at the DeKalb Theatre – Elf.

Join us for refreshments, caroling and visit with Santa and friends.  Bring your camera for photo ops with Santa and friends!  There will be a Gingerbread house display at the Coal and Iron Building.  Christmas in the Park will be a drop off point for the CASA food drive and Toys for Tots.
