Nickolas Lydon Orr, age 19 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 7:02 pm

Wesley Steven Jackson, age 33 of Collinsville, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 7:14 pm

David Anthony Smith, age 46 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 7:02 pm
