Breaking and Entering a Vehicle – Occurred at 405 Alabama Ave NW, a queen size comforter, kitchen cabinet pulls, sunshield, and a custom tool kit were taken, valued at $325.00

Recovered Stolen Vehicle – Occurred at 1600 Sanders Ave NE, a 2000 Chevrolet Silverado was recovered, valued at $1200.00

 

2 Arrests

Alex Eugene Goldthreate, age 49 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 8:31 pm

Justin David Bankston, age 43 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Receiving Stolen Property at 9:32 pm

 

5 Accidents with 1 Injury

An accident occurred at Glenn Blvd SW and I-59 Southbound entrance ramp, Lauren Elisabeth McClain, age 32 of Fort Payne, driving a 2002 Ford Taurus, struck Ruth Pauline Staggs, age 46 of Centre, driving a 2001 BMW 325. Staggs was transported to Cherokee Medical Center by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
