Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 1208 Godfrey Ave NE, a Firestone Champion tire on a 2004 Chevrolet Malibu was damaged, valued at $150.00

Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, three Bluetooth head phones and a Bushell flashlight were taken, valued at $160.00

A 17 year old juvenile male of Fort Payne was arrested for Minor in Possession of Alcohol at 12:01 am

Hector Manuel Juan, age 18 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Underage Consumption/Possession of Alcohol at 12:01 am

Justin Tyler Jackson, age 26 of Rainsville, was arrested for Theft of Property and Attempting to Elude Law Enforcement at 4:49 pm

Marcia Michelle Jackson, age 40 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 8:50 pm
