Burglary – Occurred at 601 Greenhill Blvd Apt B 201, a Phillips TV screen was damaged, and a trolling motor battery was taken, valued at $600.00

Theft of Property – Occurred at 1800 Gault Ave N, three candy bars were taken, valued at $5.00

Sky Destin Bell, age 21 of Rainsville, was arrested on Three Warrants for Failure to Appear at 12:50 pm

Steven David Carter, age 39 of Glencoe, was arrested on a Warrant for Failure to Appear at 3:45 pm

Tabatha Dean Driskill, age 35 of Rainsville, was arrested for Two Counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Two Counts of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Two Warrants for Failure to Appear at 6:12 pm

Marion Earl Hunter, age 50 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Failure to Appear at 7:18 pm

Jennifer Diannia Waldrop, age 40 of Rainsville, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Revocation Warrant, Warrants for Theft of Property and Failure to Appear at 10:08 pm

Andy Dion McSpadden, age 45 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 10:08 pm

 

3 Accidents with 4 Injuries

An accident occurred at 3^rd Street SE and Tyler Ave SE, Timothy Alexander Caton, age 18 of Fort Payne, driving a 2013 Nissan Sentra, left the roadway, Caton, along with passengers Dalton Wyatt Jenkins, age 19 of Fort Payne, and Derick Allen Murphy, age 26 of Fort Payne, were transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.

An accident occurred at Godfrey Ave NE and Elizabeth Drive NE, Elias Gaspar, age 18 of Fort Payne driving a 2000 Nissan Pathfinder, left the roadway and stuck a utility pole. Gaspar was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
