Wesley James Obenlander, age 52 of Fort Payne, was arrested on Warrant for Outside Agency at 12:19 pm

Eric Dewayne Griggs, age 44 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of a Pistol without a Permit at 12:56 pm

Christinna Laurie Tucker, age 30 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Prescription Drugs at 3:26 pm

Greggory Allen Stokes, age 26 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 3:26 pm

Adam Clay Summerford, age 34 of Pisgah, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct at 6:47 pm

John Zachary Bell, age 28 of Ider, was arrested on Two Warrants for Public Intoxication, and a Warrant for Open Container at 8:30 pm

 

1 Accident with 1 Fatality

An accident occurred at Airport Road W and Locklear Street NW, a16 year old juvenile of Rainsville, driving a 2014 Jeep Wrangler struck Nicholas Delane Sewell, age 26 of Rainsville, driving a 2005 Suzuki 750. Mr. Sewell was pronounced dead at the scene.
