Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 310 15^th Street NW, a set of gate hardware was damaged, valued at $50.00

Theft of Property – Occurred at 4915 Martin Ave NE, assorted clothing was taken, valued at $600.00

Louise Junior Smith, age 59 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Failure to Appear for Reckless Endangerment and an Alias Writ of Arrest at 12:45 pm

Michael Anthony Simpson, age 27 of Mentone, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 1:41 pm

 

3 Accidents with 1 Injury

An accident occurred at Glenn Blvd SW and I-59, Kara Darlene Slater, age 48 of Rainsville, driving a 2015 Nissan Altima struck Juana Gimenez Tomas, age 45 of Boaz, driving a 2004 GMC Envoy. A 12 year old female passenger in the Altima was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
