Damaged Vehicle – Occurred at 6521 Banks Drive NW, a fender on a 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 was damaged, valued at 750.00

Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, a Chasm pocket knife and WWE action figure were taken, valued at $ 32.97

Fraudulent Use of Debit Card – Occurred at 6114 Morrow Road NE, charges of $275.13 were made without authorization

Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, food items and three Hanes shirts were taken, valued at $35.28

A 16 year old male juvenile of Fort Payne was arrested for Theft of Property at 2:11 pm

Carmon Tyler Hill, age 33 of Dawson, was arrested for Public Intoxication at 8:13 pm

Alex Brooks Hilyer, age 35 of Collinsville, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 9:17 pm

Michelle Lynn King McCullough, age 37 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Theft of Property and Public Intoxication at 8:57 pm

Morgan Teresa Davis, age 44 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of Prescription Drugs at 11:24 pm

 

1 Accident with 1 Injuries

An accident occurred at I-59 and Greenhill Blvd NW, Daniel Charles Rogers, age 45 of Sylvania, driving a 2005 Chevrolet Aveo, struck Melba Dickerd Lee, age 63 of Fort Payne, driving a 2014 KIA Soul.  Lee was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
