Unlawful Breaking and Entering a Vehicle – Occurred at 1203 Scenic Road E, a Ford emblem was taken from a 1993 Ford F150, valued at $25.00

Duty to Stop and Remain – Occurred at 100 Glenn Blvd SW, a fender on a 2006 Toyota 4runner was damaged, valued at $250.00

Robert Cleveland Chisenhall IV, age 25 of Montgomery, was arrested for Possession of Prescription Drugs at 9:16 am

Jennifer Shae Stone, age 36 of Rainsville, was arrested on a Warrant for Failure to Appear at 2:01 am

Tiffany Renee Morgan, age 27 of Chattanooga, was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Promoting Prison Contraband at 5:59 pm

Ronnie Allen Tipton, age 31 of Trenton, was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 5:59 pm

Mark Joseph Hunt II, age 32 of Trenton, was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 5:59 pm

 

 

3 Accidents with 1 Injury

An accident occurred at Alabama Ave NW and 13^th Street NW, Tori Howard, age 22 of Rainsville, driving a 1997 Ford Ranger Ranger, struck Reva Henagar, age 71 of Fort Payne, driving a 2002 Toyota Camry. Henagar was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
