Burglary – Occurred at 1300 Clark Ave NE, four boxes of Remington ammo was taken, valued at $75.00

Trisha Mary June Henderson, age 33 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Burglary at 1:59 pm

Waco Byron Kean, age 39 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Driving under the Influence of Combined Substance, Possession of a Pistol by a Drunk, Leaving the Scene of an Accident, Carrying a Concealed Weapon Without a Permit, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Public Intoxication at 7:37 pm

An accident occurred at Greenhill Blvd NW and Big Wills Road NW, Waco Byron Kean, age 39 of Fort Payne, driving a 2006 Cadillac XLR struck Blake Austin Watts, age 28 of Fort Payne, driving a 2016 Chevrolet Colorado. Watts was transported to Dekalb Regional by private vehicle.

An accident occurred at Adamsburg Road E and Mountain Road SE, Phillip Paul Miller Jr, age 21 of Fort Payne, driving a 1998 Dodge Ram left the roadway and overturned. Miller was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
