Theft of Property – Occurred at 2401 Pine Ridge Road SW, a 2001 Chevrolet Silverado was taken, valued at $2500.00

Burglary – Occurred 311 Fruit Farm Road E, a door frame was damaged, taken were a slide bracelet, splash bracelet, pearl necklace, class ring and miscellaneous jewelry, valued at $7900.00

Angel Kay Neal, age 39 of Valley Head, was arrested for two counts Possession of Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Promoting Prison Contraband and Using False Identity to Obstruct Justice at 3:16 am

Thomas Eugene Downey, age 39 of Sylvania, was arrested for Public Intoxication and Obstructing Government Operations at 3:16 am

Terra Renee Helms, age 25 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Public Intoxication at 3:44 pm

Incidents

Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, a Media fireplace, blinds, Grassroots, blanket, gloves and Extreme 100 were taken, valued at $417.73

Theft of Property – Occurred at 1400 Dekalb Plaza Blvd SW, a purse, contents and $440.00 were taken, valued at $425.00

 

2 Arrests

Larissa Nicole Roe, age 18 of Collinsville, was arrested for DUI, Possessing Forged Instrument and Underage Consumption of Alcoholic Beverage at 1:19 am

Christopher Ashley Crockett, age 36 of Baker, LA, was arrested for Theft of Property and a Warrant for Outside Agency at 5:51 pm

 

2 Accidents with 1 Injury

An accident occurred at Greenhill Blvd NW and 49^th Street NW, a 17 year old male juvenile of Fort Payne, driving a 2004 Chevrolet 250, left the roadway and struck a culvert. He was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.

Theft of Services – Occurred at Chow King, two buffets were ordered, valued at $25.01

Charles Lee Marler, age 35 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Driving under Influence of any Substance at 9:25 pm

Ricky Dell Esslinger Jr., age 23 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Attempting to Elude, DUI and Reckless Endangerment at 11:36 pm

 

1 Accident with 1 Injury

An accident occurred at 55^th Street NE and Martin Ave NE, Johnny Orlando Socop, age 19 of Fort Payne, driving a 2007 Honda Civic, left the roadway and stuck a ditch. Socop was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
