Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, an election for the purpose of electing a city council member will be held, and that all registered and qualified electors of the state who reside in the corporate limits of Fort Payne, Alabama, and have resided therein for 30 days or more immediately preceding the date of such election will be authorized to vote in said election.

The polls will be open at 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.
