Tracey Ann Slaughter, age 40 of Sylvania, was arrested on a Warrant for Driving while Revoked at 4:38 am

An accident occurred at Kelly Road NE and Adamsburg Road E, Amber Marie Crowe, age 22 of Fort Payne, driving a 1995 Buick left the roadway and struck a utility pole. Crowe was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
