Fraudulent Use of a Credit/Debit Card – Occurred at 200 Gault Ave S, charges of $497.65 were made without authorization

Fraudulent Use of a Credit/Debit Card – Occurred at 3208 Citadel Rock Road NE, charges of $433.53 were made without authorization

Ronald Leon Jacobs, age 43 of Fyffe, was arrested on a Warrant for Insurance Violation at 5:33 pm

John Wesley Guinn, age 37 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Two Charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 8:43 pm

Billy Earl McClendon, age 42 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Two Charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Brass Knuckles at 8:43 pm
