Angel Cummings Wooten, age 45 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 1:52 pm

Whitney Ann Ussery, age 31 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Failure to Appear at 7:49 pm

An accident occurred at 4^th Street NW and Alabama Ave NW, Susan Burton Phillips, age 52 of Fort Payne, driving a 2008 Ford Edge, left the roadway and struck a tree. Phillips was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
