George Rabbit Moshier, age 46 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Promoting Prison Contraband at 1:49 am

 

 

5 Accidents with 3 Injuries

An accident occurred at Gault Ave N and 18^th Street NW, Ashley Nichole Killian, age 31of Fort Payne, driving a 2008 Pontiac G6, struck Jorge Larzabal, age 57 of Sylvania, driving a 1997 Chevrolet C15. Killian and Larzabal were transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.

An accident occurred at Wallace Ave NE and 5^th Street NE, Michael David Stull, age 53 of Lyerly, Ga, driving a 1991 Peterbilt, left the roadway and struck a concrete barrier. Stull was transferred to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
