David Wayne Evans, age 46 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 10:32 pm

An accident occurred at Gault Ave NW, Ignaticio G Ortiz, age 39 of Fort Payne, driving a 2008 Chrysler Sebring struck Sandra Jean Scott, age 41 of Fort Payne, driving a 2013 Chevrolet Cruze. Scott was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
