Scam – Occurred at 502 Turner Ave SE, charges of $800.00 were made to a security tech that was a possible scam

Leaving the Scene of an Accident – Occurred at 100 Grand Ave SW, the back of a 2014 Chevrolet Impala was damaged, valued at $100.00

Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 604 18^th Street NE, ceiling insulation was damaged, valued at $200.00

Sebastian Clay Burt, age 18 of Rainsville, was arrested for Assault at 1:20 pm

Trevor Justin Randolph, age 33 of Henagar, was arrested on Two Warrants for Open Container Violation and DUI at 2:09 pm

Jeffery Delane Watts, age 45 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Criminal Trespass and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 4:42 pm
