Damaged Vehicle – Occurred at 403 13^th Street NW, the driver’s side doors on a 2017 Dodge Charger were damaged, valued at $2500.00

Theft of Property – Occurred at 456 Elm Street NW, a pearl necklace, pearl earrings, three strands of pearls, three pearl bracelets, male wedding band, diamond ring, 1918 wedding band, emerald diamond ring and a diamond ring were taken, valued at $4800.00

 

6 Arrests

Jo Ann Hendrix, age 49 of Gadsden, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 3:32 am

Brenton Duane Newcomb, age 46 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and a Warrant for Failure to Appear at 5:28 am

Sherie Shree Armstrong, age 51 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 2:09 pm

Courtney Lashay Clark, age 24 of Fort Payne, was arrested on Three Warrants for Outside Agency at 5:08 pm

Arey Johnny Mullins, age 47 of Pisgah, was arrested on a Warrant for Theft of Property at 5:21 pm

Kevin John Burich, age 56 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct, Resisting Arrest, Two Charges of Harassment and Assault at 8:25 pm

 

1 Accident with 1 Injury

An accident occurred at Dekalb Plaza, Tammette Bone Helms, age 48 of Fort Payne, driving a 2013 Dodge Avenger, struck a concrete post. Helms was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
