Jason Barthel Moore, age 42 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Using False Identity to Obstruct Justice and Two Warrants for Outside Agency at 12:14 pm

Damiana Lashae Martin, age 21 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Using False Identity to Obstruct Justice at 12:14 pm

Terry Lee Shankles, age 49 of Dutton, was arrested for Public Intoxication at 2:02 pm

James Christopher Arsenault, age 27 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 5:00 pm

Katelin Marie Land, age 23 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 8:03 pm

William Shannon Crane, age 42 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Controlled Substance, Possession of Controlled Substance, and Two Charges of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 8:03 pm

Jonathan Wade Robinson, age 32 of Sylvania, was arrested on Warrants for Expired Tag, Expired License and Insurance Violation at 9:18 pm

Robert Daniel Adams, age 46 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 10:05 pm

 

4 Accident with 2 Injuries

An accident occurred at Gault Ave S and 18^th Street SW, Joshua Isaiah Ulysses Clark, age 31 of Cedar Bluff, driving a 2010 Chevrolet Cobalt, struck Billy Kay Simpson Farley, age 68 of Collinsville, driving a 2006 Toyota Camry. Farley then struck Margarita Alvarez Jacobo, age 35 of Collinsville, driving a 2011 Chevrolet Equinox. Jacobo and a juvenile female passenger were transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
