Jason Gabriel Shavers, age 36 of Flat Rock, was arrested for Theft of Property at 1:35 pm

Herman Nathan Roy Burke, age 33 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Using False Identity to Obstruct Justice, and Three Warrants for Domestic Violence, Theft of Property and Revocation at 8:02 pm

Amanda Louise Hogland, age 35 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 9:12 pm

Brian Lee Jones Sr, age 47 of Valley Head, was arrested for Driving under the Influence of Combined Substance at 11:48 pm

An accident occurred at Gault Ave NW and 5^th Street NW, Calvin Lenois Thomas, age 64 of Rainsville, driving a 1997 Chevrolet Explorer struck Daniel Robert Chitwood, age 34 of Fort Payne, driving a 2009 Ford Escape. Chitwood was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
