Fraudulent Use of Credit/Debit Card – Occurred at 400 Gault Ave S, a charge of $73.70 was made without authorization

Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, two steaks and hot sauce were taken, valued at $40.00

Unlawful Breaking and Entering a Vehicle – Occurred at 509 16^th Street NE, a Kenwood stereo, 10” speaker and a Craftsman chainsaw were taken, valued at $360.00

Theft of Property – Occurred at 1808 Godfrey Ave NE, a PlayStation 4 and stereo system were taken, valued at $450.00

Bradley Charles Frederick, age 37 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 12:05 am

Cory Nicholas Workman, age 31 of Higdon, was arrested for Public Intoxication and Theft of Property at 11:52 am

Kalop Wayne Peppers, age 28 of Rainsville, was arrested on a Warrant for Disorderly Conduct at 2:11 pm

Jody Allen Bell, age 46 of Rainsville, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 10:58 pm
