Stephanie Lynn Kennedy, age 28 of Cleveland, TN, was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 5:36 am

Bryan Scott Hale, age 29 of Cleveland, TN, was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 5:36 am

John Weston Mitchell, age 32 of Gaylesville, was arrested on Two Warrants for Failure to Appear at 3:12 pm

 

3 Accidents with 3 Injuries

An accident occurred on Dean Road NE and Fischer Road NE, a 17 year old female juvenile of Collinsville, driving a 2009 Saturn Aura, went through an intersection, struck a ditch, then came to rest in trees. Passenger, Jessica Lynn Brown, age 18 of Fort Payne, was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.

An accident occurred at Greenhill Blvd and Quail Hollow Road NW, James Barnett Chidester, age 62 of Mentone, driving a 2003 Ford Explorer struck George Robert Jones, age 74 of Fort Payne, driving a tractor. Chidester was air lifted to Erlanger and Jones was transported by Dekalb Ambulance Service to Erlanger.
