Waco Byron Kean, age 39 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Driving under the Influence of Combines Substance, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Carrying a Concealed Weapon without a Permit at 11:35 am

Justin Wayne Busby, age 26 of Collinsville, was arrested on two warrants for Failure to Appear at 1:30 pm
