Dustin Keith Harrell, age 35 of Fort Payne, was arrested on Two Warrants for Failure to Appear and Domestic Violence at 11:49 pm

Michael Dimitri Mullins, age 54 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Elder Abuse and Neglect and Obstructing Government Operations at 2:51 pm

Mary Ann Anderson, age 50 of Gaylesville, was arrested on a Warrant for Harassment at 2:50 pm

 

4 Accidents with 3 Injuries

An accident occurred at 913 Gault Ave S and 10^th Street S, Denie Lynn Bridges, age 42 of Fort Payne, driving a 2008 Volvo S40 struck Jeromy Wayne Prestwood, age 35 of Fort Payne, driving a 2011 Dodge Charger. A six year old juvenile male riding in the Volvo was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.

An accident occurred at Wallace Ave NE and 8^th Street NE, a 16 year old juvenile female driving a 2009 Nissan Versa left the roadway, struck a ditch and overturned. The juvenile female and passenger 18 year old Blain Alan Martin of Fyffe were transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Sevice.
