Change Bills Circulating – Occurred at 1800 Gault Ave N, a $5.00 bill was counterfeit

Theft by Deception – Occurred at 700 Gault Ave S, fraudulent checks in the amount of $3600.00 were cashed

Louis Edward Bapties, age 43 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Switched Tag at 1:15 pm

Wesley Drake Jones, age 30 of Collinsville, was arrested on a Warrant for Driving While Suspended at 3:47 pm

Ross L Hardinger, age 57 of Boaz, was arrested for Driving under the Influence of Combined Substance at 5:31 pm

A 16 year old juvenile male of Fyffe was arrested for Criminal Trespass at 10:10 pm

Michael Tray Buttram, age 18 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Criminal Trespass at 10:47 pm

Garett Cain Matchen, age 21 of Fort Payne, was arrested for DUI at 11:00 pm
