Burglary – Occurred at 2150 Tony Creek Road NE, Auger post hole diggers, and two Grizzly four-wheeler switches were taken, a window and hinge lock were damaged, valued at $1300.00

Burglary – Occurred at 1600 Valley View Ave NW, a Bosch air compressor was taken, valued at $200.00

Unlawful Breaking and Entering a Vehicle & Theft of Property – Occurred at 2001 Desoto Pkwy NE, a 2007 Chevrolet Silverado, valued at $20000.00

Avron Travis Holmes, age 29 of Trion, Ga, was arrested for Trafficking in Methamphetamine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Carrying a Pistol Without a Permit and Giving False Identification to Law Enforcement at 1:50 am

Kathy Diane McPherson, age 60 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 2:10 am

Cody Shane Crowe, age 25 of Pisgah, was arrested on Two Warrants for Failure to Appear at 9:09 am

Lukeus Marion Traylor, age 35 of Rainsville, was arrested on a Warrant for Promoting Prison Contraband at 11:26 am

Samantha Faye Brown, age 32 of Sylvania, was arrested on Four Warrants for Failure to Appear at 3:26 pm

David Gwin Posey Jr, age 41 of Henagar, was arrested on a Warrant for Domestic Violence at 3:47 pm

Ricardo Uribe Garcia, age 23 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Public Intoxication and Theft of Property at 8:30 pm
