Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 701 Wallace Ave NE, a metal door was damaged, valued at $500.00

Burglary – Occurred at 301 Sequoyah Drive NE, Lot 187, a Phillips 55” flat screen TV and a tool bag with assorted tools were taken, valued at $1000.00

Stephen Jerome Schafer, age 56 of Valley Head, was arrested on Three Warrants for Failure to Appear at 11:19 am

Christopher Cervantes, age 22 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 3:04 pm

Lonnie Ray Walters, age 45 of Henagar, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 3:41 pm

Francisco Miguel Salome, age 39 of Fort Payne, was arrested for DUI at 7:50 pm

Michelle King Lynn McCullough, age 38 of Fort Payne, was on Four Warrants for Failure to Appear at 8:20 pm
