An accident occurred at the intersection of Alabama Ave NW and 8^th Street NW, Faustino Francisco Pascual, age 22 of Fort Payne, driving a 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee struck Justin Tyler James, age 30 of Fort Payne, driving a 2006 Ford Fusion. Ladarin Dante Jones, age 25 of Fort Payne, passenger in the Fusion, was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
