Theft of Property – Occurred at 1306 Alabama Ave SW, Nike Air Jordan shoes and a Taurus 9mm Gen II pistol were taken, valued at $475.00

Damaged Property – Occurred at 800 Glenn Blvd SW, a windshield on a 1996 Chevrolet Corsica was damaged, valued at $150.00

Burglary – Occurred at 3211 Godfrey Ave SW, Bear compound bow, Pearson compound bow, Remington camo jacket, and a camping tent were taken, a door and frame were damaged, valued at $1200.00

Theft of Services – Occurred at 802 Glenn Blvd SW, meals and drinks were not paid for, valued at $62.97

William Keith Seay, age 34 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 1:13 am

Willie Charles Caldwell, age 38 of Willamson, WV, was arrested for Public Intoxication, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 2:07am

George Millard Gorham, age 26 of Piedmont, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 5:25 am

Terri Lynn Clark, age 35 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Domestic Violence at 2:33 pm

Richard Conrad Reed III, age 40 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 9:21 pm

Jonathan Wade Robinson, age 32 of Sylvania, was arrested for Burglary, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 10:33 pm
