Theft of Property – Occurred at 4910 Martin Ave NE, an iPhone 7 S plus was taken, valued at $800.00

Caitlyn Marie Latham, age 18 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct at 12:13 pm

Roy Alonzo Allen, age 43 of Fort Payne, was arrested on Two Grand Jury Indictments for Attempted Murder and Assault at 2:54 pm

William Lonnie Jones, age 37 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Court Order to Serve 5 days and a Warrant for Failure to Appear at 4:39 pm

Heath Jennings, age 41 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 7:43 pm
