Theft of Property – Occurred at 1101 Godfrey Ave NE, four puppies were taken, valued at $800.00

Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 902 Sanders Ave NE, a headlight and bumper on a 2008 Chevrolet Tahoe were damaged, valued at $150.00

 

4 Arrests

Jeremiah Daniel Sharrow, age 20 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Public Intoxication at 8:19 am

Tina Michelle Smith, age 44 of Hot Springs, AR, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 2:45 pm

David Eugene Hairston, age 42 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Domestic Violence at 3:57 pm

Efrien Felipe Juan, age 31 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 5:31 pm

 

4 Accidents with 3 Injuries

An accident occurred at Glenn Blvd SW and Airport Road W, a 17 year old juvenile female of Fort Payne driving a 2013 Chevrolet Spark struck John David McClendon, age 29 of Fyffe, driving a 1986 Plymouth Reliant. McClendon was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.

An accident occurred at Wallace Ave NE and Pleasant View Road NE, Justin Dewey Martin, age 20 of Fyffe, driving a 2005 Ford Taurus, stuck Richard Lee Smith, age 74 of Fort Payne, driving a 2008 Dodge Ram. Passengers in the Taurus, Amanda LeAnn Winters, age 21 of Fyffe, and Leon David Daniel, age 47 of Boaz, were transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
