Theft of Property – Occurred at 1219 Greenhill Blvd NW, miscellaneous items were taken, valued at $29.99

Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 1502 Glenn Blvd SW, a hood and window were damaged on a 1998 Ford F150

Theft of Property – Occurred at 2003 Sanders Ave NE Apt 129, a 34” Sony flat screen tv and a PlayStation 4 were taken, valued at $510.00

Unlawful Breaking and Entering a Vehicle – Occurred at 202 Greenhill Blvd NW, a purse, a bag of coins and two prescriptions were taken, valued at $36.00

Robert Michael Batte, age 25 of Fort Payne, was arrested for DUI at 1:50 am

Jose Luis Aguilar, age 28 of Woodville, was arrested on a Court Order to Serve 90 Days at 6:00 pm

Robert Joseph Hairell, age 20 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Underage Consumption of Alcohol at 7:07 pm

Justin Tyler Norris, age 31 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 9:38 pm

 

2 Accidents with 1 Injury

An accident occurred at Gault Ave SW and 9^th Street SW, Amber Marie Crowe, age 22 of Fort Payne, driving a 2012 Chevrolet Cruz left the roadway and struck a building. Crowe was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
