Jeffery Scott Johnson, age 39 of Valley Head, was arrested for Public Intoxication at 3:33 pm

Tiffanie Laquina Bassett, age 52 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Theft of Property at 4:25 pm

4 Accidents with 1 Injury

An accident with injury occurred at the intersection of Gault Ave N and Greenhill Blvd, Tiffany Rose Whitney, age 23 of Fort Payne, driving a 2008 Toyota Yaris, struck Robert Hayden Harrison, age 57 of Fort Payne, causing his 1993 Jeep Grand Cherokee to overturn. Harrison was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
