Burglary – Occurred at 413 Turner Ave SE, glass in a door was damaged, a Canon Rebel camera, a 1000mm lens, two memory cards and a gold ring were taken, valued at $1167.95

Illegal Possession of a Credit/Debit Card – 504 15^th Street NE, charges of $575.00 were made without authorization

John Daniel Jacobs, age 37 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Domestic Violence, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 10:45 pm
