Richard Chance Willingham, age 43 of Birmingham, was arrested for Attempting to Elude, Driving under the Influence of Controlled Substance, Reckless Endangerment and Illegal Possession of Prescription Drugs at 6:59 pm

Courtney Ann Berry, age 21 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 8:18 pm

David Wayne Elkins, age 46 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Public Intoxication at 8:29 pm
