William Barkley Harbour, age 18 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Underage Consumption of Alcohol at 4:22 am

Wade Garrett Fountain, age 20 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Underage Consumption of Alcohol at 4:22 am

A 17 year old juvenile male of Hueytown was arrested for Reckless Endangerment at 1:31 pm

Christie Heather Renee Jones, age 21 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 9:50 pm

 

1 Accident with 1 Injury

An accident occurred at Greenhill Blvd and Tate Road, David M Phillips, age 66 of Ider, riding a 2007 Yamaha struck Craig Alan Hughes, age 28 of Fort Payne, driving a 2013 Ford Fusion. Phillips was transported to Erlanger Hospital by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
